Evergreen lawn aeration is not responsible for problems existing from issues out of our control, including owner’s use of herbicides within the first 3 months, improper use of herbicides, over fertilizing, under watering, vandalism, Acts of God from snow, rain, or weather related conditions and damage caused by animals or use before mature.

We cannot guarantee that your overseeding service will be successful….period! There are numerous factors involved in the process of planting and growing grass. We will take every precaution to ensure that we perform the work properly to maximize success.

Evergreen Lawn Aeration is not responsible for damage to improperly or unmarked items. It is the property owners responsibility to mark any and all sprinkler heads, shallow pipes, shallow utilities, invisible animal fencing and any other items in the lawn that could be damaged. 

Evergreen lawn Aeration is not responsible for injury caused by any of our products as we advise keeping off treated areas until mature and fertilizer is fully dissolved.

Evergreen Lawn Aeration is not responsible for damage to property, please be sure any vehicles close to the area being worked on are safely out of the way.
