LAWN REVIVAL
Is Lawn Revival Right for Your Lawn?
Core aeration, overseeding and starter fertilizer for a fuller, healthier lawn.
Serving North Seattle to South Everett and select Eastside areas north of SR-520.
Lawn Revival is our recommended routine maintenance package for an established lawn you want to keep thick and vigorous. It is also a good starting point for a lawn that has become thin or patchy without a heavy buildup of thatch or moss.
The package combines core aeration, fresh grass seed and fertilizer in one visit. Results depend on your lawn’s condition, weather and consistent aftercare.
What’s Included
1. Core Aeration
We make a single pass with a core aerator to remove small plugs of soil and help relieve compaction. The plugs stay on the lawn and break down naturally.
2. Overseeding
We apply a perennial ryegrass and fescue seed mix suited to Pacific Northwest lawns. The package includes up to 10 lbs of grass seed.
3. Starter Fertilizer
Starter fertilizer supplies nutrients to support new grass growth. An organic fertilizer option is also available.

Before We Arrive
- Mow the lawn short before your appointment.
- Mark sprinkler heads, oil tank caps and invisible dog fences.
- Clear debris and animal waste from the lawn.
- Tell us about steps, narrow gates or other access restrictions when requesting service.
After Your Lawn Revival
Leave the aeration plugs in place and keep newly seeded areas consistently moist during germination. Limit heavy foot traffic while the new grass establishes, and follow our aftercare instructions for watering and mowing.
Do not apply weed-and-feed or herbicides to newly seeded grass. Lawn improvement takes time; weather, soil conditions and aftercare affect the outcome.
Does Your Lawn Have Heavy Thatch or Moss?
Lawn Revival does not include dethatching. If your lawn has a heavy buildup of moss, thatch or dead grass, The Works adds dethatching to the aeration, overseeding and starter fertilizer package.
We do not provide mowing, herbicide applications, topdressing, soil installation or lawn leveling.
